Riyadh April 9: Torpedos SBG Riyadh won SBG cricket tournament by beating R R cricketers in nail biting final here in Princess Noura University camp.


The 16 overs MRI ball league tournament was started on March 16, 2012 and the final match was played between Torpedos SBG and R.R Cricketers on April 6. As many as six teams participated in the tournament.


Bating first R.R cricketers scored 149 runs in 20 overs by losing 8 wickets. Chasing the target, TORPEDOS lost wickets in regular interval but solid batting performance from Imran who scored 75 with the help of 1 Six and 8 boundaries helped them to chase the target for last wicket.


Earlier Torpedos SGB beat Advanced Vision with the help of some brutal hitting from Javed who scored 95 runs with help of 10 sixes and 4 fours.


Pnuw SBG Camp Boss Abdul Raziq helped conduct this tournament successfully.


Mr. Aasem Zaglool (PNUW Admin manager ABCD SBG), Mr. Khaldoon (PNUW SBG Camp Manager ), Musharaf (SBG), Mr. Farooq Ali (SBG) were the chief guests for closing ceremony.

Dammam: Indian Social Forum, Dammam, Karnataka chapter distributed Food Kits for Indian expatriates labors who were in trouble due to Corona lockdown on April 6, 2020 at a labor camp here in Al Khobar.

The labors, most of them are from the staes of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh And Uttar Pradesh, were in trouble without food.

 Recieving the information leaders of Indian Social Forum immediately visited the camp to take survey.

Indian Social Forum with the help of donors distributed food kits. Indian Social Forum, Dammam, Karnataka Chapter president Mr.Mohammed Shareef Jokatte expressed gratitude for donors for their contribution.
