PMA Razak to address NRIs on emerging opportunities in Indian real estate sector

Al-Jubail, December 7: PLAMA Group Chairman P M A Razak will be addressing the NRIs from South India on the real estate and property investment opportunities at Cook Zone Restaurant in Al-Jubail on the December 12 at 7:30 p.m.

 

He will also be the chief guest for the annual celebration of Karavali Welfare Association Riyadh (KWAR) on December 13.

 

PLAMA will feature residential projects ranging from top-of-the-line luxury apartments in Bangalore and Calicut to premium residential apartments in Trichur and Mangalore

 

Mr. P M A Razak has been the chairman of Plama Group since 1986. He is Founder Chairman and Managing Director of Plama Developers Ltd. He is President of CREDAI Mangalore & Vice President of CREDAI Karnataka. He had been the president of Kanara Builders Association.

 

Mr. Razak has also visited Dammam and Jeddah where PLAMA Developers, the real estate division of the group has showcased its prestigious residential projects in an Indian Property Exhibition. During his two week business trip to KSA, Mr. Razak has been meeting prominent NRIs, Indian associations, welfare forums and other significant Indian businessmen in the Kingdom. Manama: Kannada Sangha Bahrain President Mr. Pradeep Shetty and Vice President of Bahrain's prestigious KHK HEROES Foundation Mohammed Mansoor on Monday, May 11, met The Second Secretary (Consular & CW) of the Embassy of India, Bahrain Mr. P. K. Chowdhury in the Indian Embassy. 

The situation, problems and relief of Indians and Kannadigas residing in Bahrain during the COVID 19 Pandemic was discussed in detail. The distribution of food (dry ration) kits, as well as those seeking repatriation, was also discussed in the meeting.

When asked about the repatriation of distressed Kannadigas, the Second Secretary said that though the number of Kannadigas who wish to return home is not much compared to the rest of the states, still Embassy is compiling all the information and will do the needful soon. 

Mr. Shetty and Mr. Mansoor told the Second Secretary that those who are in problem can contact them and they are ready to do their best.

The Overseas Indian Cultural Congress (OICC), Bahrain, has charted aircrafts to repatriate stranded expatriates to India. 

Boby Parayil, General Secretary, OICC National Committee, Bahrain has thanked all those who supported in this cause.

“The aircrafts were not licensed and were in crisis until the last minute. Finally, Mohammed Mansoor, president of Bahrain chapter of Indian Overseas Congress approached IOC Middle East in charge Dr Arathi Krishna, who helped get permission to operate flight to Kozhikode,” he said in a release. 

All mandatory approvals from the Foreign Ministry of Affairs and other government officials were accomplished by Dr Arathi Krishna. OICC has expressed gratitude to her for her timely support, he said. 

OICC is also grateful to former Kerala chief minister Oommen Chandy for doing necessary arrangements to get all the approvals for flight landing in Kerala, he added.

Dammam: Indian Social Forum, Dammam, Karnataka chapter distributed Food Kits for Indian expatriates labors who were in trouble due to Corona lockdown on April 6, 2020 at a labor camp here in Al Khobar.

The labors, most of them are from the staes of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh And Uttar Pradesh, were in trouble without food.

 Recieving the information leaders of Indian Social Forum immediately visited the camp to take survey.

Indian Social Forum with the help of donors distributed food kits. Indian Social Forum, Dammam, Karnataka Chapter president Mr.Mohammed Shareef Jokatte expressed gratitude for donors for their contribution.
