Kolhapur, Nov 23: Nationalist Congress Party president Sharad Pawar on Friday assured that he would look into the long-drawn-out boundary dispute between Karnataka and Maharashtra, which is still lying pending in the Apex Court for one year.
Mr Pawar, who arrived in the city yesterday evening for three days private visit, was addressing a Maharashtra Ekikaran Samiti (MES) led by its president Deepak Dalvi, which met Mr Pawar on Thursday night at government curcuit house to request to contact PP Harish Salve, who has not been available for trials hearing on border issue in Supreme Court for last one year.
Mr Dalvi, while giving details on present circumstances of the border issue in Supreme Court, in which all witnesses and evidences on border dispute between two states had already submitted papers to the court.
