Yes minor's behaviour n act is far danger than imagination.Now the question if the victim lost his life then who will take care of hi's family and dependents. To stop such acts from any corner of India Govt must punish this student and if the rivolver was received negligence of his parents then send the parents also togthe him behind bar atleast 5 to 10 years period.
